PAGE PAGE 1 本科毕业论文（20 届）联华超市供应链管理的研究所在学院专业班级市场营销学生姓名指导教师完成日期联华超市供应链管理的研究摘要：21世纪的竞争不是企业和企业之间的竞争，而是供应链与供应链之间的竞争。供应链管理成为当前企业寻求变革和提高核心竞争力的首选。多年来，我国零售业取得了很大的发展，我国的连锁超市发展更是快速。但是，与国外的连锁超市相比,我国连锁超市的在供应链管理方面仍存在着各种不足之处，制约了连锁超市业更好的发展。本文在介绍供应链、供应链管理和连锁超市供应链管理理论的基础上，首先首先对供应链管理和联华超市供应链管理的发展过程进行回顾，再进一步分析联华超市的供应链管理，最后结合浙江市场的实际情况，有针对性地提出对浙江连锁超市供应链管理的启示。关键词：供应链管理；连锁超市；供应商管理；物流配送管理；信息系统管理 Study On The Supply Chain Management of Lianhua Supermarket Abstract：The competition in the 21century is not the competition of enterprises versus enterprises but supply chains versus supply chains. Supply chain management has become the first choice for enterprise to seek reform and improve the core competition power. Over the years, Chinas retail sector has achieved great development, Chinas supermarket chains is more rapid development. However, compared to foreign supermarket chain, Chinas supermarket chain still has a variety of shortcomings in the supply chain management, which restricted the Supermarket chain industry better. The subject on the basis of the introduced supply chain , supply chain management , and supermarket chains supply chain management theory , first review the development of Lianhua Supermarket Supply Chain Management , further analysis of Lianhua Supermarket Supply Chain Management. At last, thinking about all of above, come to the advisable advice for the supply chain management of Zhejiang Province.
