本文在收集整理石油污染影响植物性状指标数据的基础上,开展了油污土壤对植物萌发和生长影响的模拟试验,基于Meta分析和隶属函数分析,探讨了石油污染对植物性状的影响,并对植物抗石油污染能力进行了评估。对牵牛花(Ipomoea nil(L.)Roth)、狗牙根(Cynodon dactylon(L.)Pers.)、高粱(Sorghum bicolor(L.)Moench)、紫茉莉(Mirabilis jalapa L.)、紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)、高羊茅(Festuca elata Keng ex E. B. Alexeev)等六种植物的油污盆栽试验结果表明,石油污染显著抑制了植物的种子萌发和幼苗的生长发育。结合文献数据的Meta分析表明,土壤石油污染对植物的生理和生长性状具有不同程度的负效应。土壤石油污染对种子萌发率、株高、单株地上鲜重和干重、单株地下鲜重和干重这六种指标具有显著的负效应,且对地下鲜重的负效应最强,但对茎粗和根长的负效应不明显。隶属函数分析结果表明,供试植物的抗石油污染能力从大到小的顺序为:牵牛花>狗牙根>高粱>紫茉莉>紫花苜蓿>高羊茅。研究结果将为全面的植物抗石油能力评价体系的建立和石油污染土壤修复植物的筛选提供基础信息和科学依据,有利于抗石油污染植物资源的保护和高效利用。
英文摘要On the basis of collecting and sorting out the data of oil pollution affecting plant traits, this paper conducts a simulation test on the effect of oil polluted soil on plant germination and growth. Based on Meta analysis and subordinate function analysis, the influence of oil pollution on plant traits is discussed, and then the ability of plants to resist oil pollution is evaluated. The results of potted experiment on morning glory (Ipomoea nil(L.)Roth), Bermuda grass (Cynodon dactylon (L.) Pers.), sorghum (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench), purple jasmine (Mirabilis jalapa L.), alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.), and tall fescue (Festuca elata Keng ex E.Alexeev) showed that Oil pollution significantly inhibited plant seed germination and seedling growth and development; A Meta-analysis combined with the data from the literature showed that soil oil pollution has different degrees of negative effects on plant physiology and growth traits. Soil petroleum pollution has significant negative effects on the six indexes of seed germination rate, plant height, single plant aboveground fresh weight and dry weight, single plant underground fresh weight and dry weight, and the strongest negative effect on underground fresh weight. However, the negative effect on stem thickness and root length was not obvious. The results of subordinate function analysis showed that the oil pollution resistance capacity of the tested plants is morning glory> Bermuda grass> sorghum> purple jasmine> alfalfa> tall fescue. The research results provide basic information and scientific basis for the establishment of a more comprehensive evaluation system for plant resistance to oil capacity and the screening of oil-contaminated soil remediation plants, which are conducive to the protection and efficient utilization of anti-oil-contaminated plant resources.
