摘要: 马唐Digitaria sanguinalis、牛筋草Eleusine indica、狗尾草Setaria viridis和虎尾草Chloris virgata是我国北方和黄淮海玉米田4种主要禾本科杂草,是影响玉米产量和品质的主要因素之一。为了明确禾本科杂草对草甘膦的敏感水平,本研究采用整株生物测定法测定上述4种杂草种群对草甘膦的敏感基线,为将来我国种植转基因耐草甘膦玉米后,玉米田杂草防除提供数据支撑。结果表明,马唐55个种群GR50值范围在13.36~550.28 g a.i./ ha,均值为120.02 g a.i./ha。狗尾草69个种群GR50值范围在7.22~201.96 g a.i./ha,均值为50.45 g a.i./ha。牛筋草50个种群GR50范围在25.19~808.54 g a.i./ha,均值为218.78 g a.i./ha。测定的所有马唐、狗尾草和牛筋草种群GR50值均低于900 g a.i./ha(田间推荐中剂量),表明这三种杂草对草甘膦敏感。虎尾草34个种群GR50范围在37.79~1309.21 g a.i./ha,均值为358.33 g a.i./ha,仅有一个种群GR50值大于900 g a.i./ha,表明虽有97%的虎尾种群对草甘膦敏感,但个别虎尾草种群对草甘膦有耐受性。

Abstract: Four species of grassy weeds, Digitaria sanguinalis, Eleusine indica, Setaria viridis, and Chloris virgata, are the main grassy weeds in the northern maize region and Huang-Huai-Hai maize region in our country affecting maize yield and quality. In our study, the whole plant bioassay was used to determine the sensitivity baseline of these four species of weeds to glyphosate, which may provide support for future weed control in fields planted with transgenic glyphosate-tolerant maize in China. The results showed that GR50 values of 55 populations of D. sanguinalis ranged from 13.36 to 550.28 g a.i./ha, with an average of 120.02 g a.i./ha. The GR50 values of 69 populations of S. viridis ranged from 7.22 to 201.96 g a.i./ha, with an average of 50.45 g a.i./ha. The range of GR50values in 50 populations of E. indica was 25.19―808.54 g a.i./ha, with an average of 218.78 g a.i./ha. All the GR50 values of D. sanguinalis, E. indica, and S. viridis were below 900 g a.i./ha (the recommended medium dose in the field), indicating that these 3 weed species were sensitive to glyphosate. The GR50 values of 34 populations of C. virgata ranged from 37.79―1309.21 g a.i./ha, with an average of 358.33 g a.i./ha. There was only one population of C. virgata with GR50 value over 900 g a.i./ha, indicating that 97% of C. virgata populations were sensitive to glyphosate and only a few population were tolerant to glyphosate.
