我的散尾葵从根部变黑发霉脱落

刚抽出的芽也是这样，还没来得及展开叶子，根部就脱落了，怎么办啊
脱落下的茎，本想扦插，可是发现茎太软，根本插不进土里。

散尾葵是不能扦插的。你的描述过于简单，无法替你解答。

我这散尾葵放在室内半阴处，一般两个星期搬到阳台上露两天。
浇水应该不是很多，一般是表土完全干了才浇。
现在幸存的叶子，尖上都黄了

散尾葵茎腐病 主要症状 发生在茎、叶柄上。病斑初期为褐色斑点，周围黄色；扩展后病斑为长椭圆形，凹陷，内黑褐色，边缘黄褐色，周围黄色；后期病斑上出现紫黑色粒状物。 发病原因 为真菌性病害。病菌存活在植株病残体上，借助风雨、昆虫、气流传播，可直接从叶柄、茎皮孔处侵染危害。四季均可发病，雨季前后发病严重。 防治方法 *及时剪除病枝、枯叶，减少再侵染源。 *用300倍液的五氯硝基苯杀菌剂涂擦病斑，用800倍液的退菌特杀菌剂喷洒健康枝干、叶片，控制病害的发生与蔓延。
