维普资讯 果 树 学 报 2008，25(4)：501-505 JournalofFruitScience 不同发育阶段甜樱桃花授粉后花粉萌发 和花粉管生长的差异 李 晓，吴华清，吴 俊，陶书田，张绍铃 (南京农业大学园艺学院，南京 210095) 摘 要 ：选用 白交不亲和性程度不 同的2个甜樱桃 品种莫利和拉宾斯为试材 ，分别在开花前、开花当天和开花后进 行莫利 白花、拉宾斯 白花和莫利×拉宾斯异花授粉 ，并于授粉后 12、24、48、72、96h切取花柱 ，用 FAA固定 ，荧光染色 后压片观察 结果表 明，3个组合 的花粉萌发率都以开花当天授粉的最佳 ，拉宾斯 自交和莫利×拉宾斯 的花粉管生长 状况也 以开花 当天授粉 的最佳 ，但莫利 自交的花粉管生长状况却 以花前第 4天最佳 ，花后第 4天次之 ，而 当天授粉 的最差。因此认为，甜樱桃 自交不亲和程度与其雌蕊的发育状态密切相关 ，蕾期授粉和延迟授粉都能够在一定程度 上克服甜樱桃的 自交不亲和性 ，但蕾期授粉的作用更加明显。 关键词 ：甜樱桃 ；自交不亲和；蕾期授粉 ；延迟授粉 中图分类号：$662．5 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1009—9980(2008)04—501—05 Discrepancyofpollen germination and pollen tubegrowth atdifferent maturedegreeofpistilinsweetcherry LIXiao，WUHua—qing，WUJun，TAOShu—tian，ZHANGShao—ling (CollegeofHorticulture，NanjingAgriculturalUniversity，Nanfing，Ji01~3U210095China) Abstract：Pollengerminationandpollentubegrowthinthestylesoftwosweetcherrycuhivars，MoreauandLapins，were examinedafterself_andeross—pollinationamongdifferentflorescencerespectively．Atintervalsof12，24，48，72and96h afterpollination，thepollengerminationandpollentubessubsequentgrowthinthestyleswasobservedwithfluorescencemi— croscopeafterfixedinFAA andcoloration．Resultsshowedthatthebestpollengerminationpercentageoftheself-pollinated MoreauandLapins，andcross-pollinatedMoreau×Lapinsalloccurredonthedayofanthesis．Thebestpollentubegrowth wasalsoofthosepollinatedontheanthesis．Butthepollentubegrowthofself-pollinatedMoreauwasincontrary。Itsbest pollentubegrowthwasthatpollinated4dbeNreflowering，thenthatofpollinated4dafterflowering，whilethatpollinated onanthesiswastheworst．Soitisbelievedthattheself-incompatibilityofsweetcherrywasconelatedwiththedevelopmentof thepistils．Pollinationcaniedoutatpre—floweringstageanddelayed-poll
