本发明涉及一种防治根结线虫的水溶生物有机肥及其制备方法，属于有机肥技术领域。防治根结线虫的水溶生物有机肥包括：15～18重量份的硝酸钾、16～20重量份生化黄腐酸水剂、2～5重量份蓖麻提取物、2～5重量份银杏提取物、2～5重量份苘麻提取物、2～5重量份的苦参碱、0.5重量份硼砂、0.1～0.4重量份乳化剂、35～41.1重量份水。本发明的通过对植物源农药资源的开发利用，得到的防治根结线虫的水溶生物有机肥富含多种水溶性有机物，有机肥中多种组份相互配合，达到触杀、胃毒、抑制卵的孵化等作用，清洁土壤多种抑菌成分，从而防病、除虫，减少土传病害发生。
