含羞草水培技术试验研究
摘要含羞草(Mimosapudica 摘要 含羞草(Mimosapudica L．)，是豆科含羞草属多年生草本花卉，原产于美洲热带 地区，早年引入我国，已广泛用作盆栽植物栽培。 本研究采用盆栽试验、室内模拟试验和室内分析测定相结合的方法，初步研究了 水培含羞草生长的基本条件，研究结果如下：①营养液筛选试验表明，不同营养液处 理对含羞草植株生长发育的影响不同，综合考虑各营养液对含羞草生长发育各项指标 的影响，认为处理8(配方II的1／8浓度)较适合含羞草的生氏。②含羞草营养液pH 值筛选试验表明，在pH值为6．0的营养液中，含羞草的鲜重、株高、冠幅、叶片数 和侧枝数等形态指标及叶绿素、丙二醛等生理指标均优于其它处理，因此，pH值为 6．0的营养液最适合含羞草的生长。③水培含羞草通气时间筛选试验表明，在处理B (每天通气6h)条件下，含羞草植株的鲜重、株高、冠幅、侧枝数、茎粗均显著优 于其它处理；并且根系活力较强。因此，每天通气6h最适合含羞草的生长发育。④ 水培含羞草的株形调控试验表明，无论喷施还是水施，多效唑PP333和矮壮素CCC 对含羞草的生长均有明显的抑制作用。其中，水施PP333的抑制效果最为明显，但是 已经严重影响了植株的生长发育，水施PP333并不可取。100mg／L的矮壮素CCC喷 施对水培含羞草的生长有较好而又较安全的控制作用。 本研究从营养液、通气时间和株形调控等方面对含羞草水培技术进行了初步试验 研究，旨在为今后水培含羞草的产业化发展提供科学适用的参考依据。 关键词：含羞草；水培；营养液；植物生长延缓剂 Experimental Experimental Studies OU Solution Cultural Technology ofMimosapudica L． Author：Zhang Zhongxin Major：Plant Nutrition Supervisor：Fang Zheng AbStract Mimosapudica L，perennial herbaceous flowers，belongs to mimosa pudica genus ofbean family．It originated in tropical area ofAmerica，introduced into China long ago and now cultivated in pots popular． Through the methods of potting，simulating indoor and plant analysis，the basic growth conditions for hydroponic Mimosa pudica were studied preliminariely．The results were as follows：①Selecting experiment of nutrient solutions．111e results indicated that different nutrient solutions had significant effects on the growth and development ofMimosapudica．Treatment 8(I／8s of formula II)is more suitable for growth ofMimosapudica，according to the indexes ofdifferent nutrient solutions on the growth and development of3timosapudica．@Solution pH experiment．According to its morphology and physiology indexes，such as fresh weight，plant height，crown diameter， leaves number，brangches number，Chlorophyll content，MDA content，the treatment pH 6．0 was superior to other pH treatments．So，the nutrient solution ofpH 6．0 is most suitable for growth ofMimosapudica．@Aeration time experiment．By considering for the indexes of fresh weight，plant height，crown diameter，branches number，ste
