摘要
蓝色花是自然界较为奇特的一类花卉,其形成主要是由花色苷、助色素和液泡等方面共同作用

的结果。本文综述了花色苷生物合成途径以及观赏植物花色基因工程研究进展,分析了利用基因工程技
术,导入花色苷合成途径中关键酶的结构基因和调节基因,使用干扰技术以及导入液泡调节基因,
p ~
以获得蓝色花卉品种的可行性,以期为开展蓝色花育种提供参考。
