The study is valuable for covering scarcity of m edicinal plants and discovering new ingredientand curative effects. Keywords m edicinalplants;endophyte;active ingredient;efficacy 植物 内生菌 (endophytic)是指生活在健康植 株 (Mystrosporium sp.)可 以产生喜树碱类似物。 ［3 ］ 物组织和器官 内部的真菌或细菌 ，是与宿主植物 1.2 醌类 Salituro 等 从热带植物 的内生菌 在长期共 同进化过程 中衍生的一类微生物 。在其 假黑 团壳 (Pseudomassaria sp.)的次生代谢产物 生活史 中宿主植物不表现 出外在的病症 ，通过组 中得到 类 似 胰 岛 素作 用 的小 分 子 苯 醌 类 物 质 织学方法或从消毒的植物组织 中分离。研究表 明 Demethylasterriqunone B 1 和 H innuliquinone 。
