冯花，女，医学博士，南昌大学公共卫生学院讲师，主要研究方向为营养与疾病；分子营养与营养流行病学，食品安全与食物过敏；主持和参与国家自然基金、省自然科学基金等研究项目10余项，在国内外期刊公开发表学术论文30多篇，其中第一作者发表的论文有20余篇；主编和参编教材与专著13本。
