洋金花的法医毒理学研究 Ⅱ、急性毒性的测定
摘要： <正> 洋金花(曼陀罗)是常用的中草药,在临床上用于麻醉,治疗慢性气管炎和精神分裂症等症。洋金花又是有毒的植物,关于其中毒乃至误食致死的报道屡见于文献。“其花、叶、果实、种子均能使人中毒,中毒的时间一般以深秋(九、十月份)为多,以果实和种子中毒为主。”洋金花的有毒成份主要是生物碱。包括阿托品、莨菪碱和东莨菪碱。根据《全国中草药汇编》报道,“曼陀
Abstract: There are some data on acute toxity of Yang-Jin·Hua (Datura), but they are Very rough and ambigurous. In this paper, an acute toxity of Yang-Jin- Huan was reported. Exstracts from its flower, fruit and seed were experimen- ed on 180 rats. The results showed fhat the LD50 of exstracts from flower. fruit and seed were 14. 9314, 7. 7625 and 7. 1746 g/kg respectively, The toxici- ty of Yang-Jin-Hua was very high and the toxity of its flower was lower than that of its fruit and seed. The alkaloids in flower, though it was a little strange, were much more than that in fruit and seed. The reason of it was not clear.
