摘要:本研究以椰糠、泥炭、稻壳、珍珠岩4种基质混配,通过单形重心法混料设计24个不同基质配比,用于红树林植物桐花苗培育,通过5—7月每月月底检测桐花树苗的早期生长动态,分析早期不同基质处理对桐花育苗效果的影响。结果表明:桐花苗早期育苗中,T16处理地径最大,为7.44 mm,最小为T24(5.92 mm);从苗高生长情况看,T20的苗高最高,为26.74 cm,T1最低;在叶片数量方面,T4叶片数最多,平均为16.30片,T1最小为8.80片。基质为纯稻壳的T4、T5在地径、苗高上均表现出了最大增长量,说明稻壳基质对苗木早期生长最为有利。分别建立3个月内苗高、地径、叶片数的增长量回归模型,结果均达到极显著水平,其中稻壳和珍珠岩为影响地径、苗高的主要影响因子,而稻壳也是影响苗叶片数的最主要因子。通过最优模型选择,发现单一基质的稻壳可以使得苗木地径和叶片数最大化,复合基质稻壳和珍珠岩以V0.941:V0.056配比可获得苗高最高、苗地径及叶片数较大的苗木。
Abstract:Twenty four growing media substrates – T1 through T24 – prepared using combinations of fibre from coconut husks(coir), peat, rice husks, and pearlite mixed in different volumetric ratios, were investigated for their effects on the early growth dynamic on Aegicerascorniculatumseedlings. The results showed that: in the early seedling stage, the maximum increment of stem diameter of 7.44 mm was obtained with substrate T16, whilst substrate T24 provided the lowest diameter increment of just 5.92 mm. For height growth, substrate T20 proved the best substrate with average seedling height of 26.74 cm whilst substrate T1 provided the lowest average height growth. Based on leaf numbers per seedling, the substrate T4 proved the best with an average of 16.30 leaves/seedling compared to the poorest substrate, T1, with an average of 8.80 leaves/seedling. The seedlings grew best in the substrate with pure rice husk(T4 and T5) up to age 15 months. A regression model for predicting growth index over three months identified all variables as having significant effects, though among them the proportions of rice husk and pearlite were the main factors influencing height growth and stem diameter increment,whilst the proportion of rice husk was the main factor influencing leaf number/seedling. By optimal model selection, the substrate comprising pure rice husk was identified as the best choice, whilst a complex substrate comprising mixtures of rice husk:pearlite in the ratio of 0.94:0.06 resulted in seedlings with the highest seedling height, stem diameter and number of leaves/seedling.
