不同商品菊花的质量评价 摘要：按照2010版《中国药典》所规定的方法测定不同商品菊花（Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat）中绿原酸、木犀草苷、3，5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸3个指标性成分的含量。结果表明，除2份储存较久的样品外，其余29份样品的绿原酸、木犀草苷、3，5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸的含量范围分别是0.20%～0.95%、0.11%～0.66%、0.66%～2.51%，27份样品的3个指标性成分含量均达到药典标准。不同商品菊花3个指标性成分存在较大差异，各地朵菊的质量明显好于饼菊，亳菊的3，5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸含量最高，福白菊3个成分的总体含量较高。 关键词：菊花（Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat）；含量测定；绿原酸；木犀草苷；3，5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸 中图分类号：S682.1+1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：0439-8114（2016）08-2102-03 DOI：10.14088/j.cnki.issn0439-8114.2016.08.047 Abstract： Methods that determining the contents of three index components， namely chlorogenic acid；galuteolin and 3，5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid of Chrysanthemi Flos samples derives from different origins and merchandises were in accordance with the rules of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 Edition. The results showed that in all the samples that had been tested， the composition of chlorogenic acid；galuteolin and 3，5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid were 0.20%～0.95%， 0.11%～0.66%， 0.66%～2.51% respectively， except for two samples which had been stored for too long to reach the standard of Pharmacopoeia， and the contents of three index components in 27 samples all reached the standard of Pharmacopoeia. There are diversities between the different merchandises of Chrysanthemi flos， the quality of ‘Duoju’ significantly better than that of ‘Bingju’ in respective areas， the content of 3，5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid in Dendranthema morifolium （Ramat.） Tzvel. cv.‘boju’ was the highest of all， the overall content of three index components in ‘Fubaiju’ was high. Key words： Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat；content determination；chlorogenic acid；galuteolin；3，5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid 菊花（Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat）为菊科多年生草本植物，具有散风清热、平肝明目、清热解毒的功效，为大宗中药材之一。现代研究表明，菊花具有抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、舒血管、降血脂、抗肿瘤、驱铅等多种药理作用[1]。2010版《中国药典》规定菊花药材需要测定绿原酸、木犀草苷、3，5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸的含量[2]，其中绿原酸有保护心血管、抗氧化、抗菌抗病毒、降脂降血糖、保肝等作用[3-5]，木犀草苷有杀菌消炎、解热镇痛等作用[6]，咖啡酰基奎宁酸类衍生物有抗氧化等作用[7]。中国菊花资源分布广泛，产地自然环境差异大，各产地的栽培品种、采收时间、加工方法、贮藏条件等因素的差别都会使菊花的化学成分含量有所不同[8-11]。因此，本研究采用HPLC法对31份不同
