何牡丹

发现并阐明了决定鱼类卵质的新因子—Nanog及其作用的两个新机制:1)Nanog在早期胚胎中抑制母源β-catenin过度激活以保护胚胎发育;2)Nanog在卵子发生中通过“翻译控制”调控母源mRNA的翻译从而提升卵子质量。首次发现了鱼类胚胎中微同源末端连接(MMEJ)介导的DNA双链断裂修复占主导地位,并指导实现MMEJ介导的鱼类高效基因敲入。
