从喜树果中分得八个鞣花酸类化合物及丁香酸,用光谱和化学转化方法证明了结构,它们是3,4'-O-二甲基鞣花酸(Ⅰ)、3,3',4-O-三甲基鞣花酸(Ⅱ)、3,4-O,O-次甲基-3'-O-甲基鞣花酸(Ⅲ)、3,4-O,O-次甲基鞣花酸(Ⅳ)、3,4-O,O-次甲基-3',4'-O-二甲基鞣花酸(Ⅴ)、3,4-O,O-次甲基-3',4'-O-二甲基-5'-甲氧基鞣花酸(Ⅵ)、3,3',4,4'-O-四甲基-5'-甲氧基鞣花酸(Ⅶ)、3,4-O,O-次甲基-3',4'-O-二甲基-5'-羟基鞣花酸(Ⅷ)及丁香酸(Ⅸ)。其中Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅷ尚未见报导,Ⅶ为第一次从植物中分到的化合物。
Some minor oonstitnents, eight ellagio acids and syringio acid, were isolated from the fruits of Camptotheca acuminata Decne.Their strnotures were elucidated by means of spoctral analysis and chemical conversions as 3, 4'-O-dimethylellagio acid(Ⅰ),3, 3', 4-O trimethylellagio acid (Ⅱ),3'-O-methyl-3, 4-O, O-methylideneellagio acid (Ⅲ),3, 4-O, O-methylideneellagio acid (Ⅳ) (C15H6O8, m.p.301-303℃ (decomp.)),3', 4'-O-dimethyl-3, 4-O, O-methylideneellagioaoid(Ⅴ) (C17H10O8, m.p.315-318℃),5'-methosy-3', 4'-O-dimethyl-3, 4-O, O-methylideneellagio acid (Ⅵ) (C18H12O9, m.p.232-234℃),3, 3', 4, 4'-0-tetramethyl-6'-methoayellagio acid (Ⅶ) and 5'-hydroay-3', 4'-O-dimethyl-3, 4-O, O-methylideneella,gio acid (Ⅷ) (C17H10O9, m.p.258-260℃).Among them Ⅰ Ⅴ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ, Ⅷ are new compounds, and the occurrence of Ⅶ in nature is first reported.
