ADVANCES IN STUDY ON FOREST GAPS

林窗研究已成为当前森林生态学关注的热点之一。它是森林循环更新的一个重要阶段 ,也是维持森林生物多样性的一个重要环境.本文从林窗的基础理论、概念、特征、林窗的影响作用、林窗模型以及林窗与森林经营等方面,简要介绍了当前国内外有关林窗的研究状况、热点及展望。
Abstract:
Canopy gap，mainly caused by small scale of disturbance，plays all important role in forest regeneration cycle. Gaps increase species diversity of forest communities through the heterogeneity of the habitat, which effect species composition，forest structure，dynamics，and the biodiversity in forests. In this paper，a review of the study on gap characteristics， gap-phase regeneration, dynamic models in gap researches, as well as gap theotry is presented.
