The article studis the diffusing and distributing in the history，the relation between peanut breed ，planting technology and Chinese entironment, and the commercial circulation and use of peanut in China ，which I hope can promot the research of peanut- planting history in China. Key Words: peanut; diffusing and distibuting of peanut; peanut- planting; comercial distribution of peanuts 我 国是重要 的花生生产国之一，花生种植面积居全球第二 ，花生总产量 、总消费量 、总出 口量均居 全球首位 。花生不仅在我 国的经济作物种植 中占有重要的地位 ，而且成为大众生活 中不可或缺的常用 副食 品。 我 国花生种植 的历史至迟在明代就已开始，学界对花生的起源 、传播与分布、品种与技术 的改 良 1 方面的研究由来 已久 。在花生起源方面 ，张勋等提出了中国原产花生说 ；在花生传播与分布方面 ，何 2 炳棣利用各地方志对花生传入各地的时间及传播地区进行 了研究 ； 在花生品种与技术 的改 良方面 ， 3 王在序等对传入
