摘要: 以胭脂蜜(Rhododendron obtusum cv. Yanzhimi)、花蝴蝶(Rhododendron obtusum cv. Huahudie)和西施(Rhododendron obtusum cv. Xishi)3个杜鹃品种为研究试材,在光照培养箱内采用盆栽控水法进行干旱胁迫处理,利用透射电镜观测叶片细胞超微结构。结果表明,杜鹃叶片叶绿体和线粒体都随干旱胁迫的程度加深而受到损坏,叶绿体对于水分的亏缺较线粒体更加敏感。对于抗旱性较强的胭脂蜜,质壁分离出现更晚,叶绿体和线粒体的损伤程度更轻,叶片细胞结构对于杜鹃抗旱性强弱的决定作用较大。

Abstract: Using transmission electron microscope, the leaf ultrastructure were investigated in Rhododendron obtusum cv. Yanzhimi, Rhododendron obtusum cv. Huahudie and Rhododendron obtusum cv. Xishi under drought stress in light incubator. The results showed that the damage of mitochondria and chloroplast increased as the drought degree increased, and chloroplast was more sensitive than mitochondria to the external environment. The plasmolysis appeared later in Rhododendron obtusum ‘Yanzhimi’ with relatively highest drought resistance. In which, the chloroplast and mitochondria were less damaged. There was an important association between leaf cell structure and drought resistance in Rhododendron L..
