我国花卉行业生产经营状况与发展前景
摘要:中国花卉栽培历史悠久,拥有一大批传统名花,形成了不少集中产地,发展出了丰富的花文化,例如洛阳、菏泽的牡丹,长江流域的梅花,江浙的山茶,等等。改革开放以后,国外花卉开始进入中国,带来了现代的栽培模式、经营理念,真正意义上的花卉产业开始形成。传统花卉产区的一批有经营头脑的花卉爱好者和农户开始建立苗圃,逐渐发展成为今天的花卉企业。政府也越来越重视扶持花卉业的发展,许多其它待业的投资者纷纷涌入,花卉业蓬勃发展,形成了“万马奔腾”的局面。

我国花卉行业现状
我国发展花卉产业只有20多年的时间,作为一项新兴产业,其发展迅猛。从1984年到2003年的20年间,我国花卉种植面积增长了27倍,产值增长了57倍,出口创汇增长了47倍,、353亿元和9756万美元。
花卉产品结构严重失衡
我国花卉产品结构严重失衡,绿化苗木、草皮等产品占了绝大多数。据介绍,我国花卉销售额最高年份时达到540亿元,但是八成以上是观叶植物、绿化苗木和草皮,鲜切花和盆花占比例有限。
产业效益低下
与一些花卉大国相比,我国花卉产业效益还很低下。我国花卉栽培面积位居世界第一,但是鲜花总量占国际市场的比例约为3%。据了解,我国大多数大中城市的鲜花六成以上都是进口的,自产鲜花的价额
微不足道。由于重视程度和投入不够,不少本地花卉还在节节萎缩。
花卉有广义和狭义两种意义。狭义的花卉是指有观赏价值的草本植物外,还钖草本或木本的地被植物、花灌木、开花乔木以及盆景等,如麦冬类、景天类、丛生禄考等地被植物;梅花、桃花、月季、山茶等乔木及花灌木等等。另外,分布于南方地区的高大乔木和灌木,移至北方寒冷地区,只能做温室盆裁观赏,如白兰、印度橡皮树,以及棕榈植物等也被列入广义花卉之内。
我国已经是世界花卉种植面积最大的国家,流通网络初步建立,质量、效益稳步提高,花卉业30年来奠定的良好、坚实的产为武大了,为产业应对危机提供了条件,国家拉动内需的些大的工程尤其是西部中小城市的建设、绿化、对绿化苗木起到了推动作用。随着人们生活水平的提高,花卉对生活环境的改善作用越来越明显,越来越多的人开始关注花卉,中国花卉市场前景看好,未来新型花卉和特色花卉将会备受关注。
产业发展缺乏科技后劲和内涵
我国花卉产业缺乏科技后劲和内涵,正面临考验。传统的大路货花卉由于不注重科研更新和提纯复壮,品种严重退化,己经难登大雅之堂。
国际市场竞争力低
近年来,我国花卉呈现出超常规发展态势,生产面积增长过快、产品结构不合理,导致质量低,效益亻氏,导致在国际市场上竞争力低下。
我国花卉行业的发展前景
我国花卉消费绝大金数属于集团消费和节假日消费,全均消费鲜切花3枝,按全国人口计算人均消费不到1枝,个人消费人均不到2元。如果我国人均鲜花消费能力提高到人均5元,仅国内个人年消费总值增加37亿元以上,所以国内花卉市场的潜力巨大。
西部大开发战略将带动花卉市场的发展
当前国家实施西部大开发战略,专家预测,以生态环境建设为切入点,西部12省区仅退耕还林对苗木的年需求量就在400亿株以上,缺口很大。西部广磊地区的退耕还林、治理沙漠化、石漠化、泥石流、建设绿色通道工程等对花卉苗木有很大的需求量。
