摘要
随着经济全球化和知识经济时代的到来,企业经营管理的模式发
生了很大变化,整个世界出现了明显的一体化趋势。与此同时消费者
的需求愈加突出个性化,从而导致不确定性增加,缩短了产品周期,
加剧了市场竞争。这样突破传统管理模式,合理运用外部资源,正确
处理企业间的竞争与合作关系,以一种全新的管理模式来适应外部环
境变化就显得尤为重要。供应链正是适应这一要求产生的。它强调核
心企业与最杰出的企业建立战略合作关系,委托这些企业完成一部分
业务工作,自己则集中精力和各种资源,通过重新设计业务流程,做
好本企业能创造特殊价值、比竞争对手更擅长的关键性业务工作,这
样不仅能大大地提高本企业的竞争能力,而且使供应链上的其他企业
都能受益。它已成为当代国际最有影响力的一种企业管理模式。并且
它迅速从一种管理模式转变为一种战略思想,直接影响着企业的发展
道路。从某种意义上来说,目前市场竟争不是企业层次的竞争,而是
供应链之间的竞争。
本文运用供应链管理的基本理论和基本方法对云南花卉产业的
现状、存在的问题、面临的内外部环境进行了深入地分析,揭示了云
南发展花卉产业有其独特的优越性,即气候优势、物种优勢、劳动力
优势、区位优势,最为重要的是云南省政府不遗余力的大力支持和政
策倾斜;但也有不足之处;其中最大的词题是云南花卉产业供应链各
成员之间缺乏信息、数据资料的交流与共享,更谈不上在业务链上形
成标准化的信息流与数据流。通过上述分析,本文初步构建了云南花
卉产业供应链的管理模型和战略模型,指出通过建立以花卉拍卖中
为核心的虚拟战略联盟可以实现生产过程的精确计划和过程控制,使
供应链的管理论和方法成为现实的生产力。此外云南花卉产业的发展
离不开供应链的整合与优化,离不开管理思想的不断更新,离不开政
府部门的大力支持。

Abstract
Under the circumstances of the economy globalization and the
approach of the era of knowledge economy, great changes have taken
place to the business management patterns of enterprises, an
obvious trend of globalization come into sight of the whole worid
Meanwhile, demands by consumers are increasingly personalized, the
shortened product cycle caused by it having resulted in an even
greater uncertainty and competition in the market. Therefore, to
adopt a brand-new management pattern which can make use of outside
resources and handle properly competition as well as cooperation
among enterprises, and breaks through traditional management mode
:0 suit the changes happened to the outside environment is of
critical importance. Supply chain emerges as the time requires
It stresses that core enterprises shall establish a strategic
cooperation relationship with the most outstanding enterprises,
and focuses their attentions and all resources on re-designing
their operation flows, does well in their key businesses which
they are more experienced and which can create special value
for them, while entrusts their strategic partners with a part
of their businesses, in this way, not only the competitiveness
of those enterprises be greatly improved, but also other
enterprises among this supply chain can reap profits. Currently
it has become a most outstanding enterprise management pattern
in the world. Furthermore, it has been transformed from a
management pattern to a strategic thinking with direct
influence on the development process of enterprises. We can say
in some sense that currently the market competition is not a
competition of enterprise-level, one among supply chains.
