陶瓷工业生产过程对环境的污染及治理举措纲要：当前我国陶瓷生产存在资源消耗大、能耗高、污染严重等问题，随着社会经济的快速发展，传统生产模式所带展，当粉尘中
游离二氧化硅含量在10％以上(且粉尘浓度大于2mg／m3)时，会致使肺组织病变，粉尘中游离二氧化硅的含量越高，则致矽肺组织进行性病变加速，致人丧失劳动能力甚至于死亡。
第二类为窑炉烧成及部份干燥阶段的高温烟气。烟气中有毒气体的种类和数量与燃料的品种相关，在我国，日用陶瓷和墙地砖生产使用的燃料多为气体燃料和油类燃料或煤炭。产生的废气中一般含有CO、SO2、NOX、氟化物和烟尘等。这些废气排放量大，排放点多，会给环境造成严重的污染，给人类的健康带来了极大的危害。
陶瓷生产中的废水主要来自原料制备、釉料制备工序及设备和地面冲刷水。窑炉冷却
