摘要: 利用GC/MS分析了超声波法提取的香根草净油的挥发性组分,并结合加香品吸实验和烟丝热裂解实验的结果首次评价了香根草净油作为烟草香料的可行性.香根草净油的主要成分为萜类化合物,含量占总挥发物的42.52%.其中,2-异丙烯基-(+)-2-蒈烯是香根草净油的主要挥发性成分,含量占11.27%;添加香根草净油能有效提高卷烟香气丰富性,使烟气柔和,增加清甜香韵;添加香根草净油的烟丝其热裂解产物中2(5H)-呋喃酮和D-柠檬烯含量分别增加122.22%和102.02%,而烟碱含量下降42.15%.香根草净油既能改善卷烟香味又能有效降低烟气中的烟碱含量,作为烟草香料具有重要的应用价值.
Abstract: The method of GC/MS was used to analyze the volatile components of vetiver oil which was extracted by ultrasonic method.The potential of vetiver oil as tobacco flavors was firstly evaluated based on the results of the flavor tobacco and the pyrolysis measurement.The main components of vetiver oil were terpenoid compounds,which their contents amounted to 42.52% of the total volatiles. As the main components of vetiver oil,the content of 2-isopropenyl-(+)-2-carene was reached at 11.27%.Application of vetiver oil in the cigarette could increase the richness and the sweet nuances of the cigarette aroma and made smoke soft and fresh.After pyrolysis,the contents of D-limonene and 2(5H)-furanone in cigarette containing the vetiver oil were increased 122.22% and 102.02%,respectively,while the content of nicotine was decreased 42.15%.Results of this study indicated that the vetiver oil not only could improve the cigarette smell,but also effectively reduce the content of nicotine,which exhibited its application value as flavor in cigarette production.
