顶空吸附法在沙枣花精油提取中的应用 摘 要:目的 寻找沙枣花精油提取产率高,成本较低的方法,应用顶 空吸附法对其精油的提取效果进行研究,为沙枣花的开发利用做一参 考。方法根据顶空吸附法原理,采用自制的实验装置,选用活性炭、 犬孔树脂作为吸附剂,石油瞇、正己烷作为洗脱剂提取沙枣花精油, 与水蒸气蒸徭法进行提取产率的对比,通过GC (Gas chromatography 气相色谱法)鉴定精油主香成分一肉桂酸乙酯及其含量,确定最佳提 取效果。结果 顶空吸附法提取的沙枣花精油主香成分是肉桂酸乙酯; 犬孔树脂作为吸附剂,正己烷作为洗脱剂时,精油提取产率为1.5%, 肉桂酸乙酯的相对含量最高;活性炭作为吸附剂,石油醯作为洗脱剂 时,300目活性炭产率为1.0%高于150目活性炭,其产率为0. 8%,且300 目活性炭作为吸附剂肉桂酸乙酯的相对含量高于150目活性炭;顶空 吸附法提取效果优于水蒸汽蒸徭法,其产率为0. 25%O结论顶空吸附 法可用于沙枣花精油提取,选大孔树脂作为吸附剂,精油提取产率优 于活性炭,且此方法效果优于水蒸气蒸徭法,成本较超临界CO?萃取 法低,性价比较高。 关键词:顶空吸附法;沙枣花;精油;提取率 The appIi cat i on about the head-space absorption method on extracting the essential oils of EIaeagnus angustifolia. blossom Abstract:Objective To study the method that the yield shouId be h i gher a nd the cost lower, the HAS (head-space absorpti on )was used to extract the essential oils of the EIaeagnusan gustifolia L Method With the theory of the HAS being the basis,a device was designed by ourseIves to extract the essent i a I oils with the active carbon and the macroporous as adsorbe nt.
