棉蚜对棉花生育期及温度条件的生态适应性
南京农业大学学报 2000 , 23 (4) : 29～32 Journal of Nanjing Agricultural University 棉蚜对棉花生育期及温度条件的生态适应性 1 1 1 2 2 2 刘向东 张孝羲 赵娜珊 杨效文 陈晓峰 张广学 (1 南京农业大学农业部病虫监测与治理重点开放实验室 , 南京 210095 ; 中国科学院动物研究所 , 北京 100080) 摘要 测定了不同温度、棉花不同生育期及棉株不同部位上棉蚜的体型大小 , 结果表明 , 在 20～32 ℃下随温度的升高 , 棉蚜个体变小 , 且高温胁迫促使棉蚜往下部老叶转移 ; 棉花顶芽下 1～2 叶片上蚜体显著大于其它叶位; 1999 年江苏南 京在棉花苗、蕾和铃期 , 棉蚜体型大小无显著差异 , 但到吐絮期后则显著变小。温度与棉蚜累积产仔量间的二次函数模 拟结果表明 , 棉花不同生育期 , 棉蚜的最大累积产仔量和最适产仔温度存在差异。不同温度下棉蚜日最大产仔量表现为 苗、铃期小于花、蕾期 ; 但高于 28 ℃后差异缩小 , 并且高温使棉蚜的死亡高峰日提前。 关键词 棉蚜 ; 生态适应 ; 棉花生育期 ; 温度 分类号 S4356221 Ecological adaptation of Aphis gossypii ( Homoptera : Aphididae) to cotton developmental stage and temperature 1 1 1 2 2 2 Liu Xiangdong , Zhang Xiaoxi , Zhao Nashan , Yang Xiaowen , Chen Xiaofeng and Zhang Guangxue (1 Key Laboratory of Monitoring and Management of Plant Disease and Insects , Ministry of Agriculture , Nanjing Agric Univ , Nanjing 210095 ; 2 Institute of Zoology , Chinese Academy of Sciences , Beijing 100080) ABSTRACT The size of cotton aphids growing on different positions of cotton at different temperatures and developmental stages was mea ( ) sured.
