KaiHongShun Studio————————匠人，旧时指的是手艺工人，后指巧匠或是擅长写作之人。今天我们说的这个越来越少的匠人，不仅包括各行各业依靠自己独特技艺谋生的人，也包括哪些擅长写作的人。

品质、坚韧、孜孜以求，是匠人精神的核心要素，然而这些东西都需要时间的磨砺和熬炼，才能在以后长期的工作、生活中沉淀下耐人寻味甚至是发人深省的韵味。Quality, tenacity and assiduous pursuit are the core elements of the craftsman's spirit. 市侩心态当代人对金钱等利益的追求非常执着。匠人在积累经验和锤炼意识的时候需要付出大量人力物力，甚至是金钱，可是现在的年轻人谁又能忍着肩膀脱臼的剧痛去练缩骨功，又有谁能在一次次遍体鳞伤地跌倒在瓦砾碎片中练习顶缸……Contemporary people are very persistent in the pursuit of money and other benefits. Craftsmen need to pay a lot of manpower and material resources, even money, to accumulate experience and sharpen their consciousness.

他们更在意的是现实的，可以到手的金钱等利益，这并不能全都怪年轻人，这是社会风气的问题，也是一代代人在父母和老师“吃亏是福”、“百炼成钢”的强硬灌输下的全面反击。教育不止于说教，更需身体力行。

匠艺的传承当然不可能像机械生产那般复制即可，而其核心亦不能随便公开，但是一个事物如果要发展肯定要接触新鲜事物，甚至要学会融合和包容。

没有咏春拳、跆拳道、拳击的充分交融，便没有截拳道；没有苏秦、张仪的合纵和连横，也不会有春秋战国百家争鸣的盛事；没有大师们的博闻广识、融会贯通，也不会有那些巧夺天工、浑然天成的精美工艺品遗留下来。
