5个北美海棠品种光合日变化比较的研究

5个北美海棠品种光合日变化比较的研究　　摘要：为选育适合苏北地区环境条件的北美海棠品种，以5个北美海棠品种为材料，研究其净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度、水分利用效率、气孔限制值的日变化。结果表明：5个北美海棠品种的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、水分利用效率、气孔限制值的日变化都呈不对称的双峰曲线；胞间CO2浓度的日变化趋势与净光合速率的变化趋势相反；红宝石、雪球和道格的气孔导度日变化均为双峰型，王族和亚当的气孔导度日变化呈单峰型；红宝石的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度高于其它4个品种，而水分利用效率和气孔限制值低于其它4个品种；道格的水分利用效率和气孔限制值高于其它4个品种，净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度低于其它4个品种。王族和亚当在下午16点至18点时，水分利用效率提高，气孔限制值也明显高于其它品种。从该研究结果看，红宝石的耐涝性较强，道格的耐旱性较强，王族和亚当耐弱光能力较强，而雪球综合表现一般。　　关键词：北美海棠；光合日变化；比较　　中图分类号 S685 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1007-7731（2018）09-0041-04 　　Study on Comparison of Photosynthetic Daily Changes of Five Cultivars of Begonia 　　Wu Qi1 et al. 　　（1 Jiangsu Luchuan Garden Co.，Ltd.，Shuyang，223600，China）　　Abstract：In order to breed Malus crabapple varieties suitable for environmental conditions in Northern Jiangsu，5 daily varieties of Malus crabapple were used to study their diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate，transpiration rate，stomatal conductance，intercellular CO2 concentration，water use efficiency and stomatal limitation.The results show that the diurnal variation of net photosynthesis rate，transpiration rate，water use efficiency，stomatal limitation value of 5 North American crabapple varieties were asymmetrical Shuangfeng curve；the change trend of diurnal variation of intercellular CO2 concentration and photosynthetic rate were in the opposite；Ruby，snowball and Doug stomatal conductance were Shuangfeng curve，the stomatal conductance of Royal and Adam showed a single peak type；The net photosynthetic rate ，transpiration rate，stomatal conductance，intercellular CO2 concentration of light ruby is higher than the other 4 varieties，and it is lower than the other 4 varieties that water use efficiency and stomatal limitation value；Dougs water use efficiency and stomatal limitation value higher than 4 other varieties，its net photosynthetic rate，transpiration rate，stomatal conductance，intercellular CO2 concentration lower than the other 4 varieties.The water use efficiency，stomatal limitation of Royal and Ad
