摘要 为更好地了解香榧引种后雄球花(小孢子叶球)及小孢子发育规律,以贵州引种地的优良香榧植株为研究对象,采用外部形态观测结合石蜡切片等方法对其内部显微结构进行研究。结果表明,当年5月中下旬出现小凸起(小孢子叶球原基形成),9—12月肉眼可见绿色凸起体积逐步增大(小孢子叶球中轴迅速伸长),翌年2月中下旬小孢子叶球从紧包的芽鳞中显现(小孢子母细胞开始分化),3月中下旬至4月初,小孢子叶球成熟,体积变化不明显。香榧雄株生殖生长周期持续11个月左右;电子显微结构显示,成熟花粉粒,近球形,直径为22~27μm,褶皱成三歧状隆起,表面具有稀疏、大小不一的细瘤,无沟孔、无气囊。 In order to better understand the male cone(microstrobilus)and microspore development of Torreya grandis after introductionwere studied.In this paper studied the excellent T.plants in Guizhou,its internal microstructure was studied by means of external morphology observation and paraffin section.The results showed that small bulge(formation of microsporophyll primordia)appeared in mid-late May of that year,from September to December,the volume of green bulges gradually increased(the axis of microstrobilus rapidly extended).In mid to late February of the following year,the microstrobilus appeared in the compact bud scale(the microspore mother cell began to differentiate),from mid to late March to early April,the microstrobilus matured and its volume did not change significantly.The reproductive growth cycle of T.lasts about 11 months.Electron microstructure showed that mature pollen grains near subglobose with 22-27μm in diameter,and its fold into a trifid uplift,the surface had sparse and different size of fine nodules,no furrow hole and air bag.
