环保型铝合金线材钝化液的研制和应用

摘要:  研究了一种环保的铝合金线材钝化液的研制过程, 考察了钝化液的配方, 确定了各组分的最佳质量
分数, 考察了钝化的工艺条件对铝合金线材钝化效果的影响。实验结果表明, 钝化液的优化组成为: w( 硫酸) 为6%
~8%、 w( 硫酸钠) 为4%~6%、 w( 硫酸铜) 为6×1 0-4~8×1 0-4、 w( 尿素) 为2%~3%; 优化的工艺条件为: 钝化温
度为3 0~4 0℃, 钝化时间为1 0~2 0s 。针对铝合金线材, 该钝化液基本达到了与铬酸钝化液相同的钝化效果。

Abstract:

This paper studied the preparation of a kind of environmentally friendly aluminum alloy wire passivation solution. During the experiments, the composition of the passivation solution has been studied, and the optimum content of each component has been achieved. In addition, the effect of passivation technical conditions on the passivation performance has been examined. The results show the optimal composition of passivation solution as follows: 6%~8% of w(sulfuric acid), 4%~6% of w(sodium sulfate),6×1 0-4~8×1 0-4、 of w(copper sulfate), and 2%~3% of w(urea); the optimal passivation technical condition is: passivation temperature 30~40 ℃, and passivation time 10~20 s.For the aluminum alloy wire,the performance of the passivation solution was comparable to the chromate passivation solution passivation.
