摘要: 本文利用光学显微镜和扫镜电镜,对百合属9种植物的花粉形态与外部特征作了比较深入细致的观察研究。结合前人的研究结果,综合分析表明:百合属植物花粉粒呈椭球形,形状较为一致。极面观为椭球形,赤道面观为舟形。多为单沟花粉粒,沟延伸到两端。表面纹饰的演化路线为:拟网纹→双排基柱网纹→单双基柱网纹→单排基柱网纹。研究中首次发现湖北百合(Lilium henryi)同一花粉粒表面存在单双基柱网纹。且第一次以花粉粒的外壁纹饰特征制出了种的检索表。
关键词: 百合 / 表面纹饰 / 花粉粒形态Abstract: In this study, pollen grains of 9 species of Lilium were examined all under LM and SEM. The pollen characters and gross morphology, and their evolutionary trend in Lilium are discussed. Combined the view of the pioneer with our studies, some conclusions are drawn as follows:1. The pollen grains are generally elliptic and monocolpate(distal).2.An evolutionary line of exine ornamentation in Liliurn is as follows; ornate—→two-rows-retipilate—→one and two-rows-retipilate—→one-row-retipilate.3. For the first time one-row-retipilate and two-rows-retipilate are found in the same grain, and key to species of Lilium based on the pollen morphology is first made.
