气候变化对北极地区安全的影响

摘要

气候变化与北极地理环境关系密切，两者具有协同安全效应，北极对整个地球变化的动力机制、生态、海洋循环和气候变化都具有显著影响。气候变化对北极地区安全的影响主要体现在三个方面：一是全球气候变化对北极生态系统的均衡造成极大的破坏；二是气候变化激起了北极域内外国家对北极丰富资源的更大兴趣，引发北极地缘经济的更大竞争；三是气候变化引发北冰洋海域的争夺和跨界冲突等将会改变北极地缘政治现状。北极的生态安全、资源安全和地缘安全三者相互影响，平衡三者之间的关系是对人类智慧和能力的考验。

Abstract

As climate change has a close relation with the geographic of the Arctic region and the relation leads to a synergic security effect，the Arctic region casts remarkable impacts on the dynamic mechanism of the earth evolution，ecology，ocean circulation and climate change. Climate change has three major impacts on the security of the Arctic region：first，climate change undermines the ecosystem equilibrium of the Arctic. Second，climate change has aroused intense races of resource exploitation. Third，climate change caused cross-border conflicts for the Arctic waters，which will change the geopolitical situation in this region. The ecological security，resource security and geopolitical security in the Arctic region interweaves with one another. It becomes a challenge to human wisdom and capacity to balance these three factors.
