《生态茶园建设与管理》以茶园建设与茶叶生产岗位工作能力为本位,以生态茶园建设、生产实际过程为主线,进行相应的行动领域分析,然后在行动领域分析的基础上建构专业学习任务式教学内容。本教材根据上述的教学设计思路和茶园管理建设工作岗位要求,将教学内容分为茶树与茶树品种识别、茶树繁育、生态茶园建设、生态茶园管理4大模块,其中又具体分为茶树识别、茶树有性繁育、茶树无性繁育、生态茶园规划、生态物种配置、茶树品种配置、茶树种植、茶园水分管理、茶园耕作、茶园施肥、茶园安全生产、茶叶采摘等任务。
"Ecological Tea Garden Construction and Management" is based on the job capabilities of tea garden construction and tea production, with the ecological tea garden construction and production process as the main line. It conducts corresponding action field analysis and then builds professional learning task-based teaching content based on the analysis of action fields. Tea production and processing, plant protection, and agricultural technology promotion are the main areas of involvement. This includes participation in the development of local standards such as the "Autumn Lotus Root and Zongnu Cultivation Technology Specifications" under the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region standard, as well as specifications for "Tiencha Processing Technology," "Organic White Tea Processing Technology," "Straight Bar Tea Processing Technology," and "Tea Garden Mechanical Harvesting and Pruning Technology" under Liuzhou's local standards. Additionally, participation was also seen in completing a Guangxi Science and Technology Plan project on "Research and Comprehensive Development of Local Tea Tree Genetic Resources in Liuzhou." Furthermore, there was leadership or co-involvement in nine municipal science and technology plan projects including "Mechanized High-efficiency Tea Garden Production Base Construction" and "Comprehensive Development and Utilization of Tea Tree Subproducts - Tea Flowers."

Edited two volumes of textbooks for the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs' "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan" on "Ecological Tea Garden Construction and Management" and "Tourism Tea Garden Design and Management." Contributed to four vocational education textbooks covering topics such as "Pest and Disease Control of Tea Trees," "Tea Tree Cultivation Technology," "Tea Processing Technology," and "Long-neck Teapot Tea Art." Also participated in the editing of a farmer education and training textbook focused on "Tea Production, Processing, and Marketing." Additionally, contributed to two industry monographs titled "The Research on the Ancient Tea Trees in Liuzhou Rongshui Jiwanshan" and "The Key Points of Fertilizer Application for Major Crops in Liuzhou City."

主要从事茶树病虫害防治及茶园绿色管理的研究。主持《茶树病虫害防治》活页式教材的编写与《茶树病虫害防治》在线课程的建设。现从事茶树病虫害的基础研究,揭示茶树害虫的发生规律,进行有害昆虫的防治研究及有益昆虫的利用研究,控制昆虫、管理昆虫,使其“有害不害,有益更益”。
Engaged in research primarily focused on the prevention and control of tea tree diseases and pests, as well as the implementation of environmentally friendly practices in tea garden management. Responsible for leading the development of the "Tea Tree Pest and Disease Control" modular teaching materials and establishing an online course on "Tea Tree Pest and Disease Control." Currently involved in fundamental research on tea tree pest infestations, aiming to uncover patterns of occurrence among these pests. Additionally, conducting studies on pest control methods for harmful insects and exploring strategies for utilizing beneficial insects. The ultimate goal is to manage insect populations by ensuring that they are not harmful while promoting those that are beneficial.
近年来,先后主持广西教育厅课题两项项、参与在研广西教育厅课题5项、主持院级相关课题2项。2016年至今,共发表科研论文25篇,教改论文2篇,其中SCI期刊4篇,核心期刊2篇,一般期刊18篇。
In recent years, I have successively led two projects funded by the Guangxi Education Department, participated in five ongoing projects funded by the same department, and served as the principal investigator for two college-level related projects. Since 2016, I have published a total of 25 research papers and 2 educational reform papers. Among them, 4 were published in SCI journals, 2 in core journals, and 18 in general journals.
