番茄褪绿病毒病研究进展

摘 要：番茄褪绿病毒于1998年在美国佛罗里达州被首次报道，现已蔓延至世界各地。在中国，番茄褪绿病毒病自2004年在台湾出现以来，已在山东、河南、河北、天津、北京等番茄主产区大面积发生，成为继番茄黄化曲叶病毒病之后的又一种重要病害。对番茄褪绿病毒的特征特性、危害情况以及番茄抗性资源的鉴定等研究进展进行综述，以期为抗病育种、抗病基因的分子标记开发、基因定位和克隆等提供参考。

Research Progress on Tomato chlorosis virus Disease

Abstract：Tomato chlorosis virus（ToCV） which has been spread to all over the world wasdiscovered forthe first time in Florida in1998.In China，since2004reported in Taiwan，the virus has beenfound in Shandong，Henan，Hebei，Tianjin，Beijing and other main producing areas oftomato.Tomatochlorosis virus has brought serious even destructive harm to tomato production and could be anotherimportant disease after the Tomato yellow leafcurl virus.In this study，Tomato chlorosis virus disease，damage symptoms and identification ofresistance resources was described.This paper aimed at providinga reference for ToCV resistant breeding，molecular markers development，fine mapping of ToCVresistance genes and cloning and so on.

番茄褪绿病毒病最早于1989年在美国佛罗里达州温室栽培番茄上出现，其症状为“黄叶紊乱”（Yellow leafdisorder），当时人们怀疑为植株营养生理失调、农药药害或者病毒侵染所致（Wisler etal.，1998a）。1998年（Wisler et al.，1998a）在美国佛罗里达州该病原首次被鉴定为番茄褪绿病毒病（Tomato chlorosis virus，ToCV）。该病毒现已蔓延至世界各地，可为害多种作物（Fortes&Navas-Castillo，2012；刘永光等，2014；周涛等，2014；Landeo-Ríos et al.，2015），在北美洲、南美洲、欧洲、非洲和亚洲均有报道（Louro et al.，2000；Wintermantel et al.，2001；Segev et al.，
