为了方便您在外网访问图书馆数据库资源，开通了新版VPN，无需安装客户端和插件，支持电脑和手机直接使用，使用过程中请注意如下事项：

1、为了获得更好的体验建议使用Edge、Firefox、Chrome、Safari、IE11等最新版浏览器；

2、用户名为您的学号或者教工号，密码与校园Wifi或VPN密码相同（非统一身份认证密码）；

3、如多次密码错误被锁定，请等待15分钟后再重试。如忘记密码，请访问 https://pass.xmu.edu.cn 进行重置；

4、本系统仅限于访问系统列表中的网站资源，仅用于访问图书馆数据库，其他无关网站不可访问。

5、登录WebVPN已经为校内网，不可再通过智能网关、CARSI再次登陆。

6、如果被禁止登录，请查收邮箱邮件说明（学生https://mail.stu.xmu.edu.cn/ 、教工https://mail.xmu.edu.cn）；

7、数据库访问故障反馈请访问https://lib.xmu.edu.cn/ask/problem_report 。

In order to facilitate your access to intranet and library resources on the Internet, a new version of VPN has been opened, which can be used directly without client installation and support of computers and mobile phones. In order to get a better experience, it is recommended to use chrome, Firefox, edge, Safari and other browsers.

1. The user name is your student number or teaching staff number, and the password is the same as the campus WiFi or VPN password;
