平面干花制作与花材护色技术的研究.pdf
摘 要 本文研究了平面干花(压花)的制作工艺及干燥花材的最佳护色方法、通过对花瓣内 色素成份的定性分析研究了采用化学方法进行护色的原理。 研究结果表明:①平面干花艺术作品制作工艺包括植物材料的选择与采集:植物材 料的压制方法:植物材料的护色，保护;平面千花艺术作品的构图，花材的粘贴，花材 的组合及作品的画面保护等。在画面保护方面采用高分子薄膜对压花作品的真空压封方 法，使画面保护达到最佳效果。②对不同类型花材的红、粉、黄、绿四种颜色进行了不 同方法的化学护色，经过不同方法的护色有三种颜色达到与原花色几乎相同的颜色并长 久不褪色，得到最佳的保色方法。③获得红色月季理想的保色处理，保色剂A2-⑨对于与 红色萨蔓莎月季品种花瓣色素成份相似的红色月季确定有效，其原理主要是保色剂对色 素分子的还原反应及金属络合反应生成稳定红色物质所致。 本研究解决了平面干花制作过程中花材褪色的难题，使压花制品达到良好的观赏 效果。利用化学护色技术具有简单、快捷、易操作、成本低等特点，具有很好的生产应 用前景。 Abstract Thisp即erstudiestwoaspects:1.Makingofdried-pressedflower.2.Studies onthebesttreatmentmannerofprotectingcolorofred,yellowpinkandgreen flowermaterial.Theresultsshowasfollows: l.Makingofpressed-driedflowerconsistofseveralprocess,theyareplant materialsselectedandcollected;plantmaterialscolorprotected;plant 曰. materialspressedanddried;pressedflowerartdesignsandthesurfaceofpressed flowerartprotection. 2.Theeffectsoftreatmentofcolorprotectionsolutiononcolorprotection 训 闷 ofpetalsinredrose.pinkcamellia,yellowlilyandgreenleavesaregood.The colorprotectedofflowermaterialisalmostasthesameasthecoloroffresh flowerandgetthebesttreatmentmanner. 3.Getthetreatmentmannertotheredrose.Thebestresultofthecolor protectionisgainedinthetreatmentofA2-⑨,theprincipleistheresultsof pigmentanalysis showed that there aremainly cyaniding(3.5.7trihydro diphenylpyrane)and 8-hydrolycopeneinthepetals.Thepossiblemechanismof protectingpermanentlytheredcolorafterdryingtherosepetalswhichis suggestedthatcyanidingmightreactwithmagnesiumsaltofthecolorprotection solution,andproducesstablesubstancessuchascyanineanditsaglycon Thedifficultproblemstopreventthecolorfromfadingarestudiedinthis
