花棚温湿度自控系统的设计与实现 摘 要 现代智能化花棚温室中植物对环境的要求很高,特别是珍贵植物花卉苗木,它们生长大都需要合适的温度、湿度和光照度等条件。创建智能化花棚温室,应从整体上综合地研究环境的各个参数影响。构建智能化花棚温室控制的系统,即根据植物生长 发育的需要,通过传感器技术、微电子及单片机技术,自动测控花棚温室的环境参数,其中包括温度、湿度、光照度等信息,使植物在不同的季节中,都能获得适宜的环境条件,培育出早熟、优质植物花卉。 本系统以STC89C52单片机为核心来对花棚温室中温度,湿度以及其他环境参数进行实时巡检,测量。温度采集采用数字式传感器DS18B20,湿度传感器采用电容式传感器HS1101。当温度值高于设定值时,可以通过通风机降低花棚温室温度,当温度低于设定值时,可以通过加热管加热循环水升温;若湿度低于某设定值时,启动喷雾水泵增湿,反之,启动通风机去湿。温湿度的测量结果在本地LCD上显示,而且系统方便以后升级,利用串行口和RS-485总线通信协议将采集的数据传送到上位机。系统还可以通过增加温度传感器和湿度传感器的数量来达到多点测量的目的,方便系统以后构建多点网络式测量,系统具有很好的实用价值。 关键字:花棚温室,单片机,温度湿度传感器,智能化Design and Implementation of Shed Temperature and Humidity Controlled System Abstract The modern intelligent greenhouse plants to the demands of the environment is very high, especially rare and precious plant flowers and plants, they mostly growth needs the right temperature, humidity and light conditions.
