黄银花，女，1976年生，教授，博士生导师，中国农业大学海外高成次引进“拔尖人才”。2004年6月毕业于中国农业大学生物学院，获得理学学士学位；2004年7月至2007年7月在中国农业大学生物学院从事博士后研究，继续鸭细胞遗传图谱的构建和重要经济性状定位研究；2007年8月起在爱丁堡大学罗斯林研究所从事重要免疫基因Toll样受体基因分子进化研究、鸡基因组拷贝数变异的分析、鸭全基因组序列测定与重要抗流感免疫相关基因的鉴定研究。

研究方向：

主要围绕家禽抗病免疫和脂肪性状主效基因的鉴定和功能研究展开。通过融合多维组学数据的生物信息学分析，鉴定候选基因，结合基因共表达、蛋白质结构和小分子RNA目标基因预测，分析候选基因的分子作用模型和调控模型；然后以鸡和鸭为模型，通过候选基因和小分子RNA的过量表达/RNA干扰/基因敲除在细胞和活体水平验证其分子作用和调控模型。
