摘要:
为了更好地了解毛花猕猴桃种质资源的多样性,测定了浙江省丽水市境内22份毛花猕猴桃种质的8个品质指标,进行了变异分析、主成分分析、聚类分析和综合评价。结果表明,果实品质指标差异较大,单果质量的变异系数最大(38%);果实横径的变异系数最小(11%);聚类分析结果表明,22份毛花猕猴桃种质可以分为两大类,其中第一类种质果实的可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、维生素C含量均高于第二类,第二类种质果实的固酸比稍高于第一类;主成分分析表明,前三个主成分贡献率达85.04%,可综合反映果实品质信息;综合评价结果显示,LD-18、L-74、L-27、L-19、L-73这5个单株果实综合性状表现优良。综上所述,丽水市境内毛花猕猴桃种质资源果实性状具有丰富的多样性,为新品种的选育和果实品质改良提供了重要的参考依据。

Abstract:
Mao Hua kiwifruit (Actinidia eriantha) is a special germplasm resource in China, which has rich nutrition and high utilization value. In order to analyze the diversity of Actinidia eriantha germplasm resources, 8 fruit traits of 22 Actinidia eriantha which were obtained from Lishui City, Zhejiang Province were evaluated. The variation analysis, clustering analysis, principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation were employed to evaluate the overall quality of Actinidia eriantha. The results showed that there were significant difference among the variable coefficient fruit quality. The variable coefficient of fruit weight was the lagrest (38%), and the variable coefficient of fruit width was the least(11%). Clustering analysis results showed that 22 Mao Hua kiwifruit germplasms were divided into two groups. The soluble solids content, titratable acid content and vitamin C content in group Ⅰ were superior to group Ⅱ; the ratio of soluble solids content and titratable acid content in groupⅡ was superior to group Ⅰ. Principal component analysis showed that the accumulative variance contribution rate of three principle components extracted from six quality characters reached 85.04%, illustrating that the three principal components reflected the most parts of the original variables. The comprehensive assessment results showed that LD-18, L-74, L-27, L-19, L-73 were excellent in comprehensive performance. In conclusion, There were significant differences among different Mao Hua kiwifruit germplasm in Lishui City, Zhejiang Province. Through this evaluation, Mao Hua kiwi furit germplasm resources with high nutritional value and good flavor and taste can be selected conveniently. At the same time, the comprehensive evaluation model provides a reliable reference for selections of high-quality breeding materials.
