可食花白兰地安全性评价摘要:法国白兰地是世界上公认的顶级的酒它是有它的标准的我们自己酿造的同样要遵循标准其中的每一项指标都要符合标准。本实验通过酒样的感观分析和理化分析每一项指标跟国家标准进行对比从而得出我们自己的酿造过程是否存在一定的缺陷又需要从哪方面改进优点有没有。而最终结果得出我们酿造的可食花白兰地不管从感官指标还是理化指标来看都是完全符合国家标准的像铅铜糠醛醛类都是没有检测出来的是优于国家标准的为白兰地的发展奠定了很好的基础。关键词可食花白兰地GC-MS国家标准感官指标理化指标

Abstract:Frenchbrandyisrecognizedastheworld'stopwine,ithas
itsstandards,wehavetofollowthesamestandardsofourownbrewing,
everyoneoftheindicatorstomeetthestandards.Throughsensory
analysisandphysicalandchemicalanalysisofvariousindicatorsofwine
samples,theexperimentalresultswerecomparedwiththenational
standards,soastofindoutwhetherourownbrewingprocesshascertain
defects,whichneedstobeimprovedfrom,whetherthereareadvantages.
Thefinalresultshowsthattheediblebrandywebrewedisinfull
compliancewiththenationalstandardintermsofbothsensoryand
physicalandchemicalindexes.Forexample,lead,copper,furfural,and
aldehydesarenotdetected,andaresuperiortothenationalstandard,
itlaidagoodfoundationforthedevelopmentofBrandy.
