苦瓜性别分化的研究进展及展望
摘要：苦瓜的遗传背景比较狭窄而性型丰富,是研究雌雄同株植物花芽性别分化的良好材料.本综述从形态学到细胞学,从经典遗传学到分子生物学,以及其调控机理等方面做了大量研究.近年来,全基因组的测序及高通量测序技术的兴起,为苦瓜性别分化的研究又提供了新的方向和方法,有望通过多个层面和角度综合研究苦瓜性别分化,为今后调控苦瓜性别分化、性型分子育种提供理论依据和技术支持.
Abstract：Bitter gourd, with its narrow genetic background and rich sexual type, is a preferred material to be used to study the gender differentiation of flower buds of monoecious plants. This article is a review of studies on the gender differentiation of flower buds of bitter gourd, from morphology to cytology, from classical genetics to molecular biology, and the mechanism by which it is regulated.
