摘要:

准确的抗旱表型鉴定是挖掘抗旱基因和开展抗旱遗传研究的基础,目前在大田进行稻种资源的全生育期抗旱表型鉴定的方法体系还未见报道,该文是在多年田间稻种资源抗旱性鉴定和研究的基础上,制定了稻种资源全生育期田间抗旱性鉴定的技术规程。主要包括适用范围、整地、种植方式、浇水方式、施肥方式、除草方式、收获以及抗旱性评价指标等方面的内容,以期为稻种资源全生育期抗旱鉴定提供技术参考。该技术规程适用于海南省三亚市每年冬季(11中旬至次年4月上旬)的田间种植的全生育期抗旱性鉴定。

Abstract:

Accurate evaluation of drought resistance phenotype is the basis for mining drought resistance genes and exploring drought resistance genetics. At present, the method system for the evaluation of drought resistance of rice germplasm during whole growth periods in the field has not been reported. Based on many years of the evaluation and research of rice drought resistance in the field, the standard technical regulation for drought resistance evaluation in the field of rice germplasm during whole growth periods is formulated in this paper. It mainly includes application scope, land preparation, the methods of planting, watering, fertilization, weeding and harvest, and drought resistance evaluation index, so as to provide technical reference for drought resistance evaluation of rice germplasm during whole growth periods. The standard technical regulation is applicable to the evaluation of drought resistance during whole growth periods during the winter in Sanya City, Hainan Province (from mid-November to early-April of the next year).
