摘要: 通过深入调研云南省德宏州近3年来林草种苗产业发展现状及存在问题,剖析德宏州林草种苗的生产现状和市场需求及供应,并对德宏林草种苗产业发展优势、机遇、潜力和存在的系列问题做了进一步分析研究,针对全州林草种苗产业发展起步较晚,发展基础薄弱,种苗整体质量低下,种苗队伍力量薄弱,种苗市场监管、服务能力弱等瓶颈问题,提出了德宏州林草产业发展在种苗龙头企业培育、种苗交易市场平台建设、种苗培育基础设施建设、种苗市场监管能力建设等方面的对策建议。
Abstract: Through in-depth investigation of the development status and existing problems of forest grass seedling industry in Dehong Prefecture, Yunnan Province in the past three years, this paper analyzed the production status and market demand and supply of forest grass seedlings in Dehong Prefecture. Then it further analyzed the development advantages, opportunities, potentials and existing problems of Dehong forest grass seedling industry. Aiming at the bottleneck problems such as late start, weak development foundation, low overall quality of seedlings, weak seedling team strength, weak seedling market supervision and service capacity, it put forward the countermeasures and specific measures for the development of forest and grass industry in Dehong Prefecture in the cultivation of leading seedling enterprises, the construction of seedling trading market platform, the construction of seedling cultivation infrastructure, and the capacity building of seedling market supervision.
