红掌多倍体育种技术体系的建立
[摘 要]：
新品种选育是建立高效、有竞争力和可持续发展的花卉产业基础。研究红掌育种方法对推动红掌育种和产业的发展具有重要意义。本研究以红掌和火鹤为材料，研究了红掌多倍体资源的创建、不同倍性红掌杂交后代的倍性多样性和优良新品系选育方法，旨在建立红掌多倍体育种技术体系。主要研究结果如下： 1-不同品种和植物生长调节剂的火鹤盆栽苗愈伤组织诱导率差异显著。供试火鹤品种中，‘Smaragd’的愈伤组织诱导率最高，为82-17%；‘Graffity’的愈伤组织诱导率最低，为53-83%。低浓度的TDZ比6-BA更有利于叶片愈伤组织的诱导。激素组合为TDZ0-05mg·L-1+2,4-D0-2 mg·L-1时，愈伤......更多
