摘要: 以铁皮石斛(Dendrobium catenatum)无菌组培苗为材料,接种C20、C22、C35、C42这4株真菌菌株。共生培养60 d后,研究真菌对组培苗的平均鲜重增长率、营养元素、叶绿素和内源激素的影响。结果表明:(1)接菌组培苗的营养根重分离获得原接种菌株;(2)接菌组培苗的平均鲜重增长率,叶绿素a、b含量和营养元素N、P、K含量均高于对照;(3)接菌组培苗的GA3和IAA含量均高于对照,ABA含量低于对照。其中,接种C42的组培苗平均鲜重增长率和叶绿素a含量达极显著差异(p<0.01),接种C22和C35组培苗的平均鲜重增长率和叶绿素a含量达到显著差异(p<0.05),接种C20和C42的组培苗K含量达显著性差异,接种C20、C35、C42的组培苗IAA含量极显著地高于对照,接菌组培苗的N含量和GA3含量均达极显著差异,而接菌组培苗的ABA含量极显著地低于对照。因此,这4株真菌菌株可应用于铁皮石斛等兰科植物的栽培与生产中。
Abstract: To determine the effects of symbiotic fungi on the growth and physiological characteristics of endangered Dendrobium catenatum(Orchidaceae),asepsis seedlings of this species were inoculated with fungi strains C20,C22,C35,and C42 in the laboratory.After 60 days co-culture,the average increase rate of fresh weight,nutrient elements,chlorophyll and endo-genous hormone were studied using the seedling without fungi inoculation as the control.Our results showed that(1)the fungi strains could be re-isolated from the roots of the experimental seedlings,which indicated that the fungi were successfully inoculated into the seedlings;(2)The average increase rate of fresh weight,the content of chlorophyll a and b and the content of N,P and K in inoculated seedlings were higher than that in the control;(3)GA3 and IAA concentration in inoculated seedlings were higher,but ABA concentration was lower than in the control.Notably,the average increase rate of fresh weight and content of chlorophyll a in seedlings inoculated with C42 were significantly higher than that in the control(p<0.01).Seedlings inoculated with C22 and C35 also showed significantly higher average increase rate of fresh weight and content of chlorophyll a as compared with the control(p<0.05).The content of K in seedlings inoculated with C20 and C42 were significantly higher than that in the control,and IAA concentration in seedlings inoculated with C20,C35 and C42 were also significantly increased.In all of the inoculated seedlings,the contents of N and GA3 were significantly higher,but the ABA concentration was significantly lower than that in the control.Therefore,these four fungi could be applied in the cultivation and reproduction of Dendrobium catenatum and other orchids.
