目的 研究红花中的黄酮类成分。方法 采用多种色谱方法对红花药材进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质及其波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 从红花药材中分离鉴定了10个黄酮类成分,分别为6-羟基槲皮素-3,6,7-三氧葡萄糖苷(1,6-羟基山柰酚-3,6-二氧-7-氧葡萄醛酸苷(2,6-羟基山柰酚-3,6,7-三氧葡萄糖苷(3,6-羟基山柰酚-3-氧葡萄糖苷(4,6-羟基山柰酚-3-氧芸香糖苷(5,6-羟基山柰酚-6,7-二氧葡萄糖苷(6,6-羟基芹菜素-6-氧葡萄糖-7-氧葡萄糖醛酸苷(7,6-羟基山柰酚-3,6-二氧葡萄糖苷(8, 6-羟基山柰酚-3-氧芸香糖-6-氧葡萄糖苷(9,(2S-4′,5-二羟基-6,7-二氧葡萄糖二氢黄酮苷(10。结论 化合物1为新化合物。
OBJECTIVE To study the flavonoids in the flower of Carthamus tinctorius L.. METHODS Multiple chromatographic methods were used for the isolation and purification. Structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data analysis. RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated and identified as 6-hydroxyquercetin 3,6,7- tri-O-β-D-glucoside(1,6-Hydroxykaempferol 3,6-di-O-β-D-glucoside-7-O-β-D-glucuronide(2,6-hydroxykaempferol 3,6,7-tri-O-β-D-glucoside(3, 6-hydroxy kaempferol 3-O-β-D-glucoside(4,6-hydroxykaempferol 3-O-β-D-rutinoside(5,6-hydroxykaempferol 6,7-di-O-β-D-glucoside(6,6-hydroxyapigenin 6-O-β-D- glucoside-7-O-β-D-glucuronide(7,6-hydroxykaempferol 3,6-di-O-β-D-glucoside(8, 6-hydroxykaempferol 3-O-β-rutinoside-6-O-β-D-glucoside(9,(2S-4′,5-dihydroxyl -6,7-di-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl flavanone(10. CONCLUSION Compound 1 is a new compound.
