[The biological feature of house dust mite and research progress on interventions]

Abstract
尘螨是一种肉眼不可见的微生物，隶属于蛛形纲无气亚门，主要包括屋尘螨、粉尘螨。作为室内最重要的变应原，尘螨的代谢物、排泄物、螨体等均可致敏，可诱发各种变态反应性疾病，尤其与变应性鼻炎关系密切。本文对尘螨的分类、生物习性、生活史、分布特点、致敏性进行介绍。目前已有的除螨措施主要分为物理性和化学性除螨，可以显著降低环境中尘螨的浓度，然而其对变应性鼻炎症状的改善程度不一。本文同时对目前的除螨措施及其效果等进行总结。.
