白僵菌对沙棘木蠹蛾幼虫的致病力 及其生物学特性研究

为了有效的防治沙棘木蠹蛾(Holcocerus hippophaecolus), 减少化学防治对环境的污染, 本试验在温度 (25 ±1)℃, 相对湿度(80±10)%的试验条件下, 用浓度1×10 8 个/ mL 的8 株白僵菌孢子悬浮液, 测定了其对10 ~ 12 龄沙棘木蠹蛾幼虫的致病力, 并对筛选出的高致病力菌株生物学特性进行了初步研究｡试验表明:8 株菌株均能感染沙棘木蠹蛾幼虫, 其中Z-006 菌株为高致病力菌株, 致死率达到67 %, LT50为19.6 d ;在不同培养基上测定了Z-006 的生长量､产孢量, 表明Z-006 菌株在PDA 培养基上的生长情况最佳｡
Abstract
In order to control the damage of Beauveria bassiana effectively and reduce the environment pollution from chemical control , the pathogenicity of eight strains Beauveria bassiana with consistency 1 ×108 sporeper mL against Holcocerus hippophaecolus larvae of 10 ~ 12 instar was examined under the (25 ±1)℃, RH (80 ±10)%, and the biological characteristics of the higher pathogenicity strain were studied .The result showed that all of these strains could affect the Holcocerus hippophaecolus larvae , Beauveria bassiana Z -006 had higher pathogenicity than others , mortality was 67 %, its LT50 was 19.6 days .At the same time , the Z -006 strain grew best and had best sporulation on PDA medium .
