1. 害虫防治:重点研究水稻害虫的抗药性、抗药性导致害虫成灾的机理以及防治方法。
2. 生物农药的研发:主要研究杀虫剂生物农药和抗病毒生物农药。
课题组与加拿大University of Guelph的Professor Peter Krell和 Professor Baozhong Meng研究组、加拿大大湖森林中心(Great Lake Forestry Centre)的Dr. Basil Arif和Dr. Guoxin Quan研究组保持长期的合作。
