摘要：
人类与动物、植物所需的营养元素虽然有很多是相同的，但人类需要更多种类的营养元素。提出了以人类为核心的中微量元素观，重点分析了钙、镁等元素对人体和植物的作用；中微量元素的缺乏，不仅造成作物营养价值下降，还会导致人类出现疾病。根据作物养分需求规律，平衡供应作物所需的大、中、微量元素，对植物、动物和人类健康具有重要意义。

Abstract：
Although many of the nutrient elements needed by humans, animals and plants are the same, humans need more kinds of nutrient elements. The concept of medium and trace elements with human as the core is put forward, and the effects of calcium, magnesium and other elements on human body and plants are emphatically analyzed. The lack of medium and trace elements not only reduces the nutritional value of crops, but also causes human diseases. According to the law of crop nutrient demand, balancing the supply of large, medium and trace elements required by crops is of great significance to plant, animal and human health.
