林业科学研究 2013 , 26(5) :598 ~602 Forest Research 文章编号:1∞1-1498 (2013 )05 -0598 -05 兰花炭瘟病拮抗细菌5A5-3 菌株的 初步筛选和鉴定 曹晓璐1 ,刘慧娟2 ,郭晓军2 ,姚 娜1 ,李璐滨1 * (1.中国林业科学研究院林业研究所,林木遗传育种国家重点实验室,北京 1αlO91 ; 2. 河北农业大学生命科学学院,河北保定。71∞1) 摘要:从毛乌素沙地采集的 10 份土样中共分离到细菌320 株,将分离到的细菌菌株与兰花炭瘟病病原菌脏胞炭瘟 菌进行生长对峙试验。初筛获得拮抗菌57 株。复筛后得到筛选自毛乌素沙地土壤生物结皮样品的 5 A5-3 对病原 菌具有较高的抑菌活性。对其进行形态特征观察和生理生化试验及 16S rDNA 序列相似性分析,结果表明:茵株 5A5-3 与 Bacülω velezensis 标准菌株(CRδ02 , AYω3658), 的 16S rDNA 序列相似度达 1∞9岛,最终将菌株 5A5-3 鉴定 为 Bacillus veleze旧白。 关键词:兰花病害;拮抗细菌;筛选;鉴定 中固分类号:S718.8 文献标识码:A Preliminary Isolation and Identification of the Antagonistic Bacterial Strain 5A5 -3 Against Common Orchid Diseases 1 2 2 1 1 CAO Xiω_lu , UU Hui-juan , GUO Xiω_jun , YAO Na , U Lu-bin (1. Mter growing confrontation test to Colletotrichum gloeosporioide , 57 strains were screened preliminarily. The strain 5A5 -3 screened from biological crusts of Mu Us sandy land with a rather higher antagonistic activity 吨;ainst C. gloeosporioide was ob- tained after secondary screening.
