现代社会城市中生活的人们与自然疏离，以亲近自然为导向的自然疗法——森林疗养与园林康养逐渐受到大众青睐。研究介绍了森林疗养与园林康养的概念及发展历程，并对两者的异同点进行了比较，提出未来发展方向：应加强森林疗养与园林康养的循证医学研究，丰富康养植物配置科学理论，完善相关认证体系，使自然疗愈发挥更大作用。
Abstract:
People living in modern cities always feel isolated from nature. Under this situation, the naturopathy of forest therapy and garden therapy which aiming at closing-to-nature came to be popular. In this paper, the conception and development process of these two naturopathy types were introduced and the similarities and differences were discussed. The future development directions were proposed. That were evidence based medicine should to be further researched, theory of health-helpful plant design to be enriched and the related certification systems to be improved, so as to make nature therapy more effective.
